Each project is undertaken on a fixed-bid basis. Tell us your needs and we'll tell you the cost. Rates are based on an hourly price for shooting, a minimum number of images you select, plus a flat fee for each additional image.

- The number of shots creates a rounded view of that type of property.
- We shoot extra photos and process the most impressive.
- Shipping is free on services, extra for duplicates.
- Shooting takes 2 to 16 hours depending on facility and complexity.
- Airfare, rental car, lodging and meals are extra. Property may provide lodging.
- For multiple projects in one location, travel costs can be split.
The Weather
Every property looks best in great weather. Even interiors. We offer a lower day rate, if it proves necessary to wait until the weather clears.
And we offer a revisit fee - for better weather, or other seasonal shots - at a reduced rate.
