The Captain's Suite is both stylish and comfortable -- you can expect what you see in the photos to be accurate. Comfy beds, nice bathrooms, clean. Internet worked well. Plenty of helpful amenities (cookware, towels, etc.), with the filtered water faucet an especially appreciated touch.
Location is nice, view of the ocean (over the school and city gov't buildings across the street), relatively quiet, but just a short walk to the main plaza and the beach.
Check-in process was not seamless, as no one was there at the stated check-in time and I didn't have a working phone in Mexico when I wasn't internet connected, but it was resolved quickly.
The hosts were responsive throughout the process. Once we were checked in, the on site host was also very responsive throughout the trip.
Overall, definitely worth staying here if you're planning to be in Puerto Morelos!
